Leaked images of what are allegedly dummy units of the next-generation Apple iPhone SE seem to confirm some rumoured specs.
The most significant change is the design, which appears to be based on the Apple iPhone 14. While it is technically not a "new" design, it is important to remember that the design of the current iPhone SE is based on the iPhone 8 from – wait for it – 2017. Safe to say, any update to its design is long overdue.

The second major change is the rear camera module. The larger camera module appears to line up with rumours of an upgrade from a 12MP to 48MP sensor.
The front side of the dummy unit does not have a cutout for Touch ID while the side of the dummy unit reveals the mute switch (sorry, no Action button), volume controls, and a physical SIM card slot.
Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone SE 4 sometime in March 2025 with an estimated price of around US$499 (~S$681). Other rumoured specs include Face ID, a 6.1-inch OLED display, the A18 chip, Apple's first in-house 5G modem, and support for Apple Intelligence.
