The Apple iPhone SE (2022) launched with the following price points: S$699 (64GB), S$769 (128GB), and S$939 (256GB). Image: HWZ.
The next-generation Apple iPhone SE might see a modest price hike.
Based on a Korean report, the upcoming iPhone SE could start at US$499, which is about US$70 more than the current model. This is in line with other reports suggesting that Apple wants to keep the price below US$500.
Considering the rumoured upgrades that are slated for the next iPhone SE, this could actually be a small price to pay. The next-generation Apple iPhone SE could ditch Touch ID for Face ID, swap the 4.7-inch LCD panel to a bigger 6.1-inch OLED screen, and come with the same A18 chip as the iPhone 16/16 Plus.
