The annual IT Show 2024 is upon us this week and it takes place at the Suntec Convention Centre. As with all tech shows, IT Show can be a tad daunting for the non-techies with sales folks pushing their product pamphlets into their hands and making sense of the gazillions of product specs and prices plastered all around them.

But have no fear, us folks at HardwareZone have walked the show floor today and flagged out some of the best deals available. If you’re looking out for gaming and smart home products, here are what I’ve found.

Don't forget to catch all of our IT Show 2024 coverage at the Tech Show Portal too, where you'll also find full brochure listings, interesting articles, reviews, and more.

Aftershock Bubble Tea PC

Homegrown brand Aftershock sure love their bubble tea – and so do many of us. At the show floor, you’ll get to order a custom bubble tea PC starting from $4,854. Just look at the photos here; there’s even a bubble tea shop diorama and a swirling bubble teacup inside the case! It’s common sense but please do not attempt to drink the liquid inside the PC, which is nestled inside the Aftershock booth. These are cooling solutions, obviously not milk tea.

Prism+ Oasis Pro Smart ceiling fan

Another homegrown brand, Prism+ first started out as a company that sells PC monitors and televisions, but the company has since branched out to lifestyle products such as air conditioners. At the IT Show, you’ll get to see the new Oasis Pro – a follow-up to the original Oasis. It now comes with RGB as well as a modular design. Pick yours at the Prism+ booth.

Philips Hue Gradient Lightstrip

One can never have enough of RGB. If you’re looking to deck your home in all sorts of RGB lighting, visit the Philips Hue booth, where you can find a plethora of not just RGB but smart home lighting too. One promo caught my eye, though: the Gradient Lightstrip (for ambience), which is going for $263.20 (U.P. $329). This light strip lets you line it on the back or sides of your furniture to give it a nice glowing effect.

Dreame X30 Master robot vacuum

It’s easy to get drowned by the incredible variety of robot vacuum brands and their models at the IT Show. But it’s the Dreame X30 Master that caught my eye, if only because of its more unique-looking docking station, which is unlike the rest of the competition that looks like they came out of the same OEM factory. The X30 Master has a couple of features that I like, too, such as the MobExtend function, where the mop extends out to clean hard-to-reach corners. There’s also a 60-degree Celsius hot water feature for mop washing. The X30 Master is going for $1,899 (U.P. $4,699). Check it out at the Dreame booth.

Insta360 X3 action camera

There’s a decent promo for the Insta360 X3 at the IT Show – going for $589 (U.P. $595) and comes with free gifts for every purchase. The X3 is a great action camera for motorists and cyclists, as it shoots videos with drone-like views with the Invisible Selfie Stick. It also comes with a 48MP sensor, so your videos show greater clarity and detail even in low light (such as the number plate of the offending vehicle ahead or behind you). The X3 can be found at the Insta360 booth.

Next Level Racing GTtrack racing simulator cockpit

You can’t be Lewis Hamilton at the Grand Prix or Tom Cruise in Top Gun, but there’s really no reason not to aspire to be like them. With the GTtrack racing simulator cockpit, you can now start your own need for speed adventures. The GTtrack isn’t only great for racing sims but can also be converted to a flight cockpit with the correct combat flight pack from Next Level Racing. The Gtrack is available at the IT Show for $1,099 (trade-in price) at the Mansa booth.

Jazpiper Pro karaoke system

Feeling the Taylor Swift blues? You can now sing and Shake It Off in Style with the Jazpiper Pro. Available at the Jazpiper booth, the Jazpiper Pro is a complete KTV system with a soundbar, subwoofer and two microphones. It's going for $539 (U.P. $899.90), and no subscription fee is needed to maintain the song library too.

Apple Vision Pro

This one needs no explanation. Apple has not announced the Vision Pro’s availability and pricing for Singapore, but the folks at the Cathay Electronics booth are selling the headset for $6,200. You can even try it out at their booth.

Secretlab Titan Evo chair

The Titan Evo is one of the best ergonomic chairs around. Secretlab has quite a few bundles on offer at the IT Show. The best bundle, in my opinion, is the “Secretlab Chair + Premium Footrest” deal, which saves up to $340. There’s an additional $30 on-site discount at the show floor. If you’re looking for a Secretlab chair, now’s a good time to get one, as is any other.

Lenovo Legion Go gaming handheld

If you have been holding out on the Legion Go gaming handheld, you have to pat yourself on the back. At the Atrix booth, Lenovo sells the base model for $899. To sweeten the deal, Atrix is also offering a $100 cashback (T&Cs apply) along with additional free gifts. Bonus tip: Ask the salesperson for the “best price”.

Nintendo Switch gaming handheld

Over at the Challenger booth (level 3), the Nintendo Switch is selling for $389 (U.P. $479-$499) for these models: OLED Neon, OLED White and OLED Mario Red Edition. For my money’s worth, the Mario Red Edition is an excellent buy if you are either looking to upgrade from the original Switch to the newer OLED model, or as a Mario collector.

Challenger is also giving away the Switch game Everybody 1-2 Switch as well as a Carry Case and Screen Protector worth $69.80 with every purchase of a Nintendo Switch (while stocks last).
