Samsung has not officially announced the list of Galaxy devices which are getting updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, but TimesNews.co.uk managed to obtain a roadmap which states the estimated time frame.

According to the leaked roadmap, the rollout of Android 6.0 update will be done in two phases. The Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ are expected to be updated in December while the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge will get it a month later in January 2016. The Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge are getting it in February 2016 while the Galaxy A series (A8, A7, A5, A3) and E series (E7 and E5) are still awaiting approval with no estimated rollout date.

So far, HTC, Motorola and Sony have announced an official list of devices getting Marshmallow although none of the Android vendors have committed a firm schedule.
