In a bid to better serve its users, OPPO has opened a new service centre in the heart of Singapore: The Cathay.

The venue officially opens on 23 August 2025, making it an accessible location for both shoppers seeking OPPO products and users needing OPPO’s after-sales services.

Open Sunday to Monday (except Thursdays), 11 AM to 8 PM

In an official note to the media, OPPO stated that the new OPPO Service Centre at The Cathay enables users to seek repairs, diagnostics, and consultations for OPPO products.

This marks a major step forward towards its local market penetration. After-sales services, such as repairs, are critical in closing the consumer technology loop, and a physical presence helps assure users that there are paths to recourse should their devices not work as intended.

The OPPO Service Centre also doubles as a retail venue, allowing shoppers to get familiar with other OPPO products on display.

In addition to the revamped browser-friendly OPPO Online Store, OPPO also launched an app version for Android users.

It’s called OPPO Store App, and you can find its Google Play Store listing for Android devices available here.

Having the app version not only allows the user to enjoy all the same browser perks, such as exclusive account-based discounts and order tracking, but also receive all communications via app notifications.

An important addition is loyalty reward points, where My OPPO app accounts can earn points through purchases and redeem them later for further discounts.

The app offers multiple payment methods, including debit and credit cards, PayNow, and e-wallets such as GrabPay and ShopeePay. Users who hold Standard Chartered, UOB, and Trust Bank cards can also enjoy 0% instalment plans for up to 36 months.

The app also supports BNPL methods, including Atome, PayLater by Grab, and Shopee’s SPayLater, with additional vouchers depending on the platform.

Member points can be used to redeem instant discounts, such as S$5 off A-series OPPO phones, S$10 off Reno series handsets, and S$20 off Find series mobiles.

Select models, such as the OPPO A3 Pro and OPPO A60, receive double the redemption value, with S$10 off instead of S$5. OPPO earbuds and tablets are also eligible for redemption, with up to S$5 off.

To celebrate the app launch, each purchase of a OPPO Reno14 or OPPO Reno14 Pro nets a free Airalo eSIM 3GB data (30 days validity), while stocks last.
