Two of the three recalled products are sold in Singapore.

Belkin has issued a recall for the BoostCharge USB-C PD Power Bank 20K (BPB002) and the Auto-Tracking Stand Pro (MMA008), both of which are sold locally.

Belkin has issued recalls for three of its products:

According to Belkin, a manufacturing defect in the products’ lithium-ion cell components may cause them to overheat. The overheating could pose a fire hazard. The company also stressed that the recalled products should not be used even if they appear to function normally.

Among the three products, only the MMA008 and BPB002 were officially sold in Singapore. Belkin advises owners of these models to stop using them immediately, disconnect them from any power source or connected product, and store them in a safe, dry location away from flammable materials or anything that could cause further damage.

For affected customers, Belkin is offering either a full refund or store credit equivalent to the full purchase amount, with an additional 20% credit on Belkin.com. Customers need to provide a valid proof of purchase or the device’s serial number and complete the recall claim form.

This recall adds to a growing list of power bank-related safety notices this year. Earlier in June and September, Anker issued recalls for several of its power banks, while Xiaomi said a small batch of its 33W Power Bank 20,000mAh was affected.
