The next MacBook Air update by Apple might launch earlier than expected.
Mark Gurman of Bloomberg shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) that the M4 MacBook Air will launch earlier than the new iPhone SE, iPad Air, and entry-level iPads.
While the iPhone and iPad refreshes are slated for spring (March or April), Mr. Gurman implies that the M4 MacBook Air could be unveiled anytime between January and March 2025. This also suggested that Apple might choose to announce a press release.
The M4 MacBook Air is unlikely to come with any significant design changes. Rumoured upgrades include a Center Stage camera and Thunderbolt 4 ports.

In late October, the Mac mini, 24-inch iMac, and MacBook Pros were already updated with the M4 chip.
