Crazy case mods at Computex 2016!
Need some inspiration for your own case mod project? Without fail, Computex brings out the best of the best of the computing scene and over-the-top case-mod showcases are quite a treat for your eyes. We compile some of the most bling case mods that we encountered on the show floor.

This is one of the more inventive and creative custom case mods we saw. There's even a handy holder for your gaming headphone.
The graphics card was located further ahead of the battleship which definitely requires custom interfaces to bridge it with the motherboard's PEG slot.
This is truly something right out of the movies and it's quite fitting since the next Independence Day movie is just around the corner.
The rear of this alien spacecraft houses the power supply, while the rest of the components are sort of suspended upside down beneath the shell of the alien ship.
This special tenth anniversary ROG system packs an ASUS ROG Matrix GeForce GTX 980 Ti. The liquid cooling tubing is routed along the side window itself for an even more striking look.
Now here's a devilish-looking system if we ever saw one. This biker-inspired mod is probably one of the most impressive we saw at the show.
Courtesy of Alexander Hede, these two case mods feature the ASUS TUF Sabertooth Z170 Mark I and ASUS TUF Sabertooth Z170 S motherboards, adorned in a digital camouflage garb. Although separate systems, the two come together to complete the ASUS TUF logo (look hard). After all, we live in a world of dualities.
These mods are a little more down to earth compared to the others, but they all come packed with bleeding edge hardware.
Sometimes size does equate to power. This system features a Rampage V Edition 10 motherboard, three ROG Strix GeForce GTX 980 Ti cards in SLI, and even a liquid-cooled Intel 750 series SSD.
