GameMax’s NEX C53 panoramic case comes with angled fan mounts

GameMax dials back its bombastic designs with a cleaner-looking case.

Compared to GameMax’s previous releases, which were a bit more flashy, its newest release seems quite tame by comparison.

I’m talking about the NEX C53 Panoramic Chassis, the latest entry in the company’s line of PC cases. Unlike its other products, like the N90 or CLAW 360, the C53 opts for a cleaner look. As the name suggests, one of its main defining features is the panoramic front and side glass panel.

To be fair, that’s not necessarily new, within or outside of GameMax’s own catalogue. What is a bit more unique, however, is the multi-angle fan mount on the bottom of the case. 3D models for standalone angled fan mounts can be found online, but it’s a bit rarer to have them already built into the case; some similar options do come to mind, though, including HAVN’s HS420 VGPU case.

The NEX C53 is also a dual-chamber case, featuring a front-mounted PSU and BTF motherboard support.

Looking at the bigger picture, the case measures 435mm (L) x 235mm (W) x 435mm (H), and supports GPU sizes of up to 410mm. As for the motherboard, support goes up to ATX, with additional compatibility with BTF boards. The PSU is also front-mounted, and the C53 power supply sizes of up to 160mm.

As you’d expect from a case this size, users can fit in radiators and fans measuring up to 360mm on the top and bottom. The case comes with three reverse blade 120mm ARGB fans pre-installed on the bottom, and one fan installed at the rear. Finally, the front panel has a standard assortment of ports – two USB 3.0 Type-A, one USB-C Gen 2x2, and audio.

Pricing and Availability

We don’t have local availability details for the case just yet, but we do know how much the NEX C53 will cost. Given that it’s not trying to reinvent the case, the price isn’t too extreme either, coming in at US$64.99 for the black version, and US$69.99 for the white.
