GameMax’s CLAW 360 is a microATX case that lets you fit extra long GPUs
Even if those ‘extra long’ cards don’t really exist yet.

GameMax is a relatively new name in the PC components scene, though you may remember some of its cases from earlier this year, including the flashy Blade Concept case and the T20 microATX case. They came as part of the company’s efforts to reinvent its brand image into a louder and bolder one, and its continuing those efforts with two new cases, the CLAW 360 and CLAW 460.
One glance at these cases and you can tell that GameMax is still leaning in on the lion imagery it invoked with the Blade Concept back in April. The front panel certainly looks as distinctive, with a claw-inspired look consisting of metal panels for flair and sculpted mesh for airflow.
If you look closely, though, you may notice something odd about the dimensions of the CLAW 360.
The 360 in particular is rather interestingly positioned. GameMax says it’s a microATX case, and it’s true in that it supports motherboards up to a microATX size. However, its dimensions stand out, with a length that sits at 483mm.
That’s because one of its key features is support for a 420mm GPU. The length of the case has to be extended, and as a result, it does hamper the CLAW 360’s pitch as a compact case, especially as most GPUs just aren’t that long. But, together with the four expansion slots on the back, it does mean that the 360 casts a wide net in terms of GPU support.
But if you’re fitting a card that powerful in what’s still a relatively small case, you’ll need a way to cool it. And GameMax is making use of the extra space to let you do so, with support for up to 12 120mm fans (though you’ll have to give one up to fit a GPU of maximum size), including room for a 360mm radiator. You can also fit in a 240mm PSU.
As for the CLAW 460, it follows the design of its smaller cousin with the exception of a bump in height, making it a full tower case. With that height increase, it now includes support for ATX motherboards, but that’s as far as the differences go as it shares many traits with the 360, including support for 420mm graphics cards and 12 120mm fans.
Pricing and Availability
There’s no word yet on the local availability for the two cases, though we know that the CLAW 360 will launch first before the 460. The CLAW 360 will retail for US$67.99 for the black case and US$71.99 for the white, while the CLAW 360 will go for US$77.99 and US$81.99 for the black and white cases, respectively.
