Samsung isn’t the only Korean consumer electronics manufacturer that dabbles in the all-in-one, PC-and-TV smart monitor market. In local parlance, LG also have leh, and its smart monitors are just as versatile as its rival’s.
The LG Smart Monitor series is LG’s first-ever foray into these all-in-one panels that double up as a display for your PC or laptop while serving up web-based TV options. Three models have been announced: 32SQ780S, 32SQ730S, and 43SQ700S.
All three offer LG TV’s webOS 22 out of the box, 4K UHD resolution fidelity, and built-in compatibility with streaming services like Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube without requiring a computer attached to it.
They also pack HDR10, dual-channel stereo speakers, USB-C ports, and device charging (65W) via its ports.
Additional features include the LG Content Store, allowing users to install various apps and programs, as well as LG ThinQ compatibility, which lets users operate the monitor as a smart home management system. You can also mirror your smartphone’s display on the monitor, using Apple’s Airplay or Android’s Screen Share features.
