September is approaching and that can only mean one thing: new Apple Watches. And the word on the street is that the Apple Watch Ultra could come in a new colour option.
The current-generation Apple Watch Ultra is only available in a single finish option, but Mark Gurman of Bloomberg thinks Apple could offer it with a new "dark titanium" colour option.
According to Gurman, Apple tested the colour last year but ultimately decided to take it off the table because its designers apparently "didn't like the appearance."
However, because of the Apple Watch Ultra's popularity, they could bring it back just to give users options. After all, Apple currently offers the Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch SE in various finishes.
Little details are known about the second-generation Apple Watch Ultra, or if there would be one at all. If there is, it is believed that the new model would be slightly lighter thanks to the use of some 3D-printed components.
Ultimately, however, the second-generation Apple Watch Ultra will likely be very similar to the first.
