The Apple Vision Pro is said to have led to a delay in the production of Samsung's XR headset.
Korean publication SBS Biz reports that Samsung initially planned for the mass production of the XR headset in February 2024, but the unveiling of the Apple Vision Pro last month caused the company to hold back the plan so that it could review the specs and design.
The Apple Vision Pro is slated to launch in the U.S early next year with limited availability in stores and stocks due to production issues and complexity of the supply chain logistics.
