Launch Date, Pricing, and Colours

Samsung's new Galaxy S25 family of phones, which consists of the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra phones, is now available in Singapore. 

Previously, pre-orders commenced on 23 January 2025, Thursday, 2 AM, at selected online stores. Pre-order collection started since 5 February, and the phones are available officially from 14 February.

Pre-order Launch Specials

14 February 2025 update: Customers who purchase Galaxy S25 series phones from the Samsung Shop App, Samsung Online Store, Samsung Experience Store, or Samsung Official Stores can enjoy the following launch promotions:

  • S$180 e-voucher or in-store voucher (depending on where the phone was purchased)
  • 50% off 2-year Samsung Care+ (worth S$105)
  • Up to S$1,070 savings when trading in current device

For consumers who purchase Galaxy S25 series phones via electronics and IT stores they get:

These offers are valid from 14 February to 14 March 2025.

Note that the pre-order period is over. The above launch promotion replaces the pre-order special below.

Customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S25 Series were entitled to a storage upgrade (worth up to S$180) on their selected device. This meant buying a 256GB device granted an upgrade to the 512GB model! Early pre-orders also granted early delivery from 5 February, ahead of the 14 February 2025 official retail date. 

For customers who pre-registered their interest, Samsung offered an S$88 e-voucher to further offset the cost.

Samsung Online Store and Samsung Experience Stores

For those who prefer ordering in person, they can do so by visiting the following Samsung Experience Stores during their opening hours, from 23 January 2025, 11 am:

Customers who choose to pre-order their Galaxy S25 Series via the Samsung Online Store or Samsung Shop App can collect their devices from 5th February 2025 in person at Samsung Experience Stores or opt to get them delivered.

Consumers who opt to pre-order via walk-in at Samsung Experience Stores can collect their devices in-store at the same outlet from 5 February.

For users interested in experiencing the phones first, Samsung has a public interactive space dubbed the Galaxy AI Town at New Bahru. Here, Galaxy fans can experience the Galaxy S25 series and its AI features through the tenants at New Bahru (such as Curious Creatures, Omno, and The Missing Piece). Visitors who complete stations can earn tokens and win merchandise from Samsung. 

The pop-up exhibition opens on 23 January 2025, and from 24 January 2025 onwards, Samsung will also host up to 30 events in New BahruGo to Samsung's Galaxy AI Town portal to learn how to get to New Bahru (with free shuttle buses, no less) or learn more about the event.

Ordering via a telco

Customers could also pre-order via a local telco from the following URLs:

Those who pre-ordered their Galaxy S25, S25+, or S25 Ultra from a local telco can collect their devices from 5 February. Customers of M1 can collect their devices through in-store collection and delivery; Singtel customers can collect their devices through in-store collection, delivery, or POPStation collection, while StarHub customers can receive their devices via delivery only.

Cinch: Samsung’s exclusive subscription partner

In partnership with Cinch, Samsung Singapore offers customers a subscription service to get the Galaxy S25 Series rather than buying the smartphone. Think of it as a phone rental until it is completely paid for.

The subscription programme provides low monthly payments and worry-free protection, with an option for a device upgrade upon completion of the subscription term. This means you can own the new Galaxy S25 UItra, Galaxy S25+ or the Galaxy S25 for just S$72/month, S$58/month or S$54/month, respectively.
