The iPhone rumor fever is hitting an all time high with a new report from TrendForce claiming to have most of the confirmed specs on the upcoming iPhone models.

TrendForce's supply chain research suggests that Apple will continue to offer the iPhone 7 in two display sizes: 4.7 and 5.5-inches. Storage options are said to be expanded for all models and the 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus will come with 3GB RAM to support image processing from the dual-camera setup.

Design-wise, the iPhone 7 is likely to look similar to the iPhone 6. Display improvement is not included in this year's models as Apple is considering a switch to OLED in 2017 or 2018. The research firm also believes that sales of the iPhone 7 will not be stellar.

The information provided by TrendForce is in line with what we've reported so far; Apple is rumored to be adopting a three-year iPhone design cycle starting from this year. IHS Technology analyst Kevin Wang said that the base model will start with 32GB storage option with the iPhone 7 Plus having 256GB storage option and the exclusive dual-camera module. Display suppliers are also reportedly gearing up for mass production of OLED panels for the 2017 iPhone.
