Samsung Galaxy S23 launch date could be earlier than expected
Three well-known tipsters have suggested the same date for the launch event of the Samsung Galaxy S23.

Samsung might unveil the Galaxy S23 series on 1 February 2023.
Three prominent tipsters, @UniverseIce, @OnLeaks and @MaxJmb shared on Twitter that the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event would be on 1 February (for the U.S) or 2 February (for the rest of the world). Retail availability of the Samsung Galaxy S23 models should begin two weeks later.
Korean publication Chosun shared last month that Samsung is likely to hold a launch event in San Francisco in the first week of February 2023. Korea JoongAng Daily followed up with a similar report, claiming the Samsung Galaxy S23 would be launched in early February.
Purported dummy units of the Samsung Galaxy S23 models show some design changes, especially to the rear camera module. Rumoured specs include an exclusive, high-frequency variant of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, satellite connectivity, an upgraded fingerprint sensor, and 8K video recording at 30fps.
