Pre-orders for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge may hit 15 million in China

Samsung's latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, are popular among consumers in China as pre-orders are likely to reach 15 million by the end of tomorrow.

 

 

The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are shaping up to be Samsung's most popular phones yet.

According to SamMobile China, research shows that over 10 million people have pre-ordered the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge since 11th March. JD.com, one of the biggest online retailers in China, reportedly received over 6.35 million pre-orders from customers while other retailers have sold out their pre-order stocks.

SamMobile claims that Samsung may hit 15 million pre-orders by the time it closes tomorrow. The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are also a hit in Korea with 100,000 units sold in the first two days of sales.
