LG Stylus 3 smartphone debuts in Singapore on 1st April 2017
The new LG Stylus 3 smartphone features an improved writing experience, along with a bigger battery capacity.
LG is finally ready to bring their 2017 stylus-based smartphone – the LG Stylus 3 – to Singapore. It will retail at S$448 in Shiny Titan, and it’s available from 1st April 2017 at Singtel, Starhub, M1, and other LG authorized retailers.
The LG Stylus 3 is an update to the existing LG Stylus 2 and Stylus 2 Plus. While the display stays at 5.7-inches, the LG Stylus 3 now packs a bigger, removable battery capacity (at 3,200mAh) and an updated operating system out of the box (Android OS 7.0 Nougat). LG claimed that there are improvements made to its stylus performance as well.
The digital pen on the LG Stylus 3 uses a 1.8mm-diameter fiber-tip, which provides tactile feedback when a user writes on the screen. The enhanced user interface, Pen Pop 2.0, provides “a higher level of efficiency due to the Stylus 3’s intuitiveness”, according to LG’s press release. For instance, detaching the stylus would instantly bring up the user’s written memos. Some familiar stylus features make a return, such as Screen-off Memo and Quick Memo.
“This smartphone comes in a premium design and offers replaceable batteries with an expandable memory slot, all key factors that customers consider when buying smartphones in this category,” said Mr. David Yoh, Mobile Communications Business Director of LG Electronics Singapore.
