iPhone 15 Plus has Dynamic Island and slimmer bezels according to leaked renders
The Apple iPhone 15 Plus could be slightly taller, narrower and thicker than the iPhone 14 Plus.

Purported renders of the Apple iPhone 15 Plus reveal a slightly taller, narrower and thicker design.
Similar to the iPhone 15 renders, the iPhone 15 Plus is seen with the Dynamic Island and slimmer screen bezels. Other common features across the iPhone 15 renders include the USB-C port and a chassis with slightly rounded edges. The rear camera bump of the iPhone 15 Plus is also slightly thicker than that of the iPhone 14 Plus.

In terms of physical footprint, the iPhone 15 Plus measures 160.87 x 77.76 x 7.81mm. In comparison, the iPhone 14 Plus measures 160.84 x 78.07 x 7.79mm. Existing cases for the iPhone 14 Plus are unlikely to fit the iPhone 15 Plus if these dimensions turn out to be accurate.
