One week after posting purported renders of the Apple iPhone 15 Pro, 9to5Mac followed up witha similar set for the iPhone 15.
Based on the purported 3D CAD renders, the Apple iPhone 15 will replace the notch with the Dynamic Island. Display analyst Ross Young claimed in September 2022 that Dynamic Island is coming to all iPhone 15 models.

Similar to the iPhone 15 Pro, the iPhone 15 Pro is seen with the USB-C port. However, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said in November 2022 that the USB-C port on the iPhone 15 will support USB 2.0 speeds similar to Lightning, while the iPhone 15 Pro will have higher wired data transfer speeds with support for "at least" USB 3.2 or Thunderbolt 3.
The iPhone 15 is also seen with a slightly bigger display at 6.2-inches. This is likely possible due to the slimmer screen bezels. The dual-camera setup on the rear remains the same as the iPhone 14, which means the LiDAR sensor and telephoto lens will still be exclusive to the Pro models.
