Fujifilm is holding its next X Summit event next week on 20 February in Tokyo, Japan. And we already know from Fujifilm's teaser and numerous rumours that the star of the event will likely be the new X100VI camera.
There were also talks that we might see other new cameras announced, such as an X-Pro4 or X-E5. However, according to the popular FujiRumors site, Fujifilm will be focusing exclusively on its new X100 camera at this event.
This isn't entirely surprising given the lacks of news and rumours about other cameras and also considering how important the new X100 camera is to Fujifilm, especially given the somewhat sudden swell in popularity of the X100V in the past two or so years.
As for the new X100 camera, word on the street is that it will be called the X100VI and that it will feature the same 40MP sensor and X-Processor 5 chip as the X-T5. Rumours also say it will retain its lovely f/2.0 23mm lens but will gain the advantage of in-body image stabilisation.
