Fujifilm has just announced in a New Year greetings video that its next X Summit will be held on 20 February 2024 in Tokyo, Japan.

You can see the video below, but let's talk a bit about what they might announce at the event.

According to numerous reports, the highlight of the next X Summit will undoubtedly be the unveiling of a new X100 camera – the successor to the very popular X100V

This new camera is said to be called the X100VI and it will reportedly feature the same 40MP X-Trans V sensor as the X-T5. Not much else is known at the moment, but rumours also say it should feature the same lovely 23mm f2.0 fixed lens as its predecessor.

Apart from a new X100 camera, Fujifilm could also take the opportunity to announce successors to the X-Pro3X-E4, and X-T30 II.

In the video, Fujifilm also said that they will be taking part at CP+ (one of Japan's big photography shows), which will be held in Yokohama from 22 to 25 February 2024.
