Early Screenshots of Firefox OS Shown

We last reported that Firefox OS based smartphones would be available in early 2013; now we have some new screenshots of Mozilla's upcoming mobile HTML5 OS. These were posted on Technical Evangelist for Mozilla, Robert Nyman's Twitter account.

While Nyman has mentioned that the OS is still in development and these screenshots do not reflect the end product, we see huge similarities between existing OSes like iOS and Android. As GSMArena pointed out, "iOS influence in the homescreen UI and some Android influence in the settings app and notification drawer" are obvious.
