ASUS Launches Online Store in Singapore, Sells ZenFone 5 at A Promotional Price
ASUS today announced the launch of its official online store in Singapore. To mark this milestone, the ASUS Online Store in Singapore will sell the ZenFone 5 series at a promotional price. In addition, the red model will be available first online.

Updated at 2.50PM: ASUS Singapore told HardwareZone that the ZenFone 5 sold in Singapore will come with 2GB RAM. Our review unit only came with 1GB RAM.

ASUS today announced the launch of its official online store in Singapore, which is the second country after Taiwan where the e-commerce store will be operating.
The ASUS Online Store in Singapore will only sells smartphone products. To mark this milestone, ASUS is selling the ZenFone 5 at a promotional price of S$219 (RRP: S$249) without line contract and inclusive of GST. In addition, the red ZenFone 5 will be available first online. ZenFone 5 users can also purchase the View Flip Cover from the ASUS Online Store for S$39.
We noticed the ZenFone 5 sold online comes with an additional 1GB RAM, which is different from the review unit we tested in May. We are checking with ASUS Singapore on this and will update this section when we have more information.
ASUS Singapore is bringing in the ZenFone 6 and PadFone Mini as the Online Store states both products as "coming soon". Keep your eyes peeled to HardwareZone for more updates.
