Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Coming to HTC One X/XL and S
HTC has confirmed that they will be upgrading the HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
If you haven't seen this coming, well, now you know: HTC has officially confirmed that the HTC One X/XL and One S will be getting updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. According to The Verge and local HTC representatives in Singapore:
HTC - “We know HTC fans are excited to get their hands on Google’s latest version of Android. At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean. Please stay tuned for more updates regarding device upgrades, timing and other details about HTC and Jelly Bean.”
So what about their lesser-known sibling, the HTC One V? Fortunately, the device hasn't been dropped out of the Jelly Bean race yet, neither has it been confirmed for an update at this point in time so do watch this space for more updates.
