The possible date and location for Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Unpacked event have been revealed by the Korean site Money Today.

Industry sources told the Korean site that Samsung plans to hold the next Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 25. If accurate, this would place the Galaxy S26 launch about a month later than the Galaxy S25 series.

The February launch timeline aligns with a recent report from Smartprix. Leaked renders and dummy units of the Galaxy S26 series suggest Apple-inspired design traits. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 Edge - initially rumoured to replace the Galaxy S26+ - is now believed to be axed at the last minute due to disappointing sales.

The South Korean company will retain the familiar three-model lineup of the Pro, Plus, and Ultra. It is also expected to use an Exynos-Qualcomm Snapdragon split for the Galaxy S26 phones.
