The iridescent Honor 20 Pro in pictures!

Behold the Honor 20 Pro! This is their flagship for the 20 series, and like the 20 Lite, it comes with a brand new rear surface design. Honor calls this "Dynamic Holographic Design" and it's a very reflective surface that has subtle changes in color depending how the light hits it.

As you can see, the fingerprint sensor is on the side of the phone. It's placed just where your index finger would rest when you pick up your phone, so there's no awkward reaching to wake your screen.

No headphone jack here, as the 20 Pro goes with a single USB-C jack at the bottom.

In the top left corner is a pinhole-style 32MP f/2.0 selfie camera with 3D Portrait lighting, so that should give you better selfies even in dim light. Apparently it automatically applies skin smoothing based on your age and gender, so that should make for great selfies every time.

On the rear you have the AI Quad camera consisting of a 48MP f/1.4 main camera (1/2" Sony IMX586 sensor), a 16MP f/2.2 Super wide-angle camera with 117o ^field of view, an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, 5x hybrid zoom, and 30x digital zoom, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera for extreme close-ups.

The camera app is certainly feature-packed, with modes for almost every situation. Reminds us a lot of the one you find on the Huawei P30 Pro really.

Notice that little pink/purple AI logo? That's the AI camera feature at work, which does scene recognition (in this picture it thinks the EXIT sign is the moon) and automatically applies the appropriate settings for the best image.

As you can see, face recognition works fairly well even beyond the camera's limits of optical zoom. The camera does 3x lossless optical zoom, 5x hybrid zoom and up to 30x digital zoom.
