Samsung is expected to unveil the next member of the Galaxy S25 family next month, and its specifications have been leaked.

Compared to the Galaxy S24 FE, the upgrades are primarily modest. The Galaxy S25 FE is said to see a small bump in battery capacity from 4,700mAh to 4,900mAh, and a long-overdue boost in wired charging speeds from 25W to 45W.

In terms of form factor, the Galaxy S25 FE will have a slightly smaller footprint of 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm. To put give these numbers some context, the Galaxy S24 FE measures 162 x 77.3 x 8.0 mm.

The other specs remain the same. You get a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with refresh rates of up to 120Hz, 8GB of RAM, a rear triple-lens camera setup (50MP f/1.8 primary + 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide + 8MP f2/.4 telephoto), and IP68 water and dust resistance.

Samsung confirmed during its recent earnings call that the Galaxy S25 FE will launch earlier this year. Since pre-orders for the Galaxy S24 started last year on 27 September, you should expect an announcement in the coming weeks.
