If you are hoping that Apple will debut its highly anticipated subscription TV service at the rumored 9th September event, you may have to exercise more patience as the service is reportedly delayed again.

According to Bloomberg, people familiar with Apple’s plans claim that talks with content providers and TV networks are moving slowly which resulted in a lack of content deals. In addition, Apple lacks the computer network capacity to deliver a good viewing experience for users.

One major reason for the slow discussions is attributed to the price of content. Apple is said to be considering a package of channels with a monthly subscription of US$40, but appears to be struggling to find the right combination of channels to attract subscribers.

Earlier this year, Re/code reported that Apple will not be in time to launch the subscription TV service at WWDC 2015 due to technology and money issues.
