Japanese tech giant Sony has just announced a couple of new personal audio devices. There's a new pair of true wireless earbuds, in addition to some beautiful new colourways for existing headphones.

Building on the WF-C700N earbuds that were released last year, the new WF-C710N are one of Sony's most affordable earbuds with active noise cancellation.These earbuds still use the same 5mm dynamic driver, support DSEE audio, and retain an IPX4 water resistance rating.
However, the battery life has been improved substantially. The earbuds can now last up to 8.5 hours on a single charge with ANC turned on, or up to 10 hours without. The charging case offers another 2.5 charges, for a total of 30 hours with ANC turned on.

Compared to the WF-C700N and its single microphone, the WF-C710N is supposed to have even better ANC performance thanks to the dual microphones working in a feedforward and feedback system. There's also Ambient Sound Mode, which has over 20 levels of adjustability that can be finetuned in Sony's Sound Connect App.
Running on Bluetooth 5.3, the earbuds still support the usual SBC and AAC codecs. It also supports multipoint so it can connect to two devices simultaneously.

The Sony WF-710N will be available in Singapore at a promotional price of S$169 from 17 to 30 April 2025 (the usual price is S$199), in White, Pink, Glass Blue, and Black colourways.

If you're not a fan of the usual black or silver colourways, you might be interested in checking out the new colour options for the Sony WH-CH720N and WH-CH520 headphones.

Both headphones will be available in a new pastel pink, while the Sony WH-CH520 will also come in a soft yellow option.
The new colour options for the Sony WH-CH720N and WH-CH520 will be available in Singapore from April 2025 onwards. This article will be updated with local pricing when we get that information.
