Samsung’s 2023 higher-end M7 and M8 Smart Monitors are now in Singapore
Samsung’s Smart Monitors are all-in-one TV displays with light, PC-like productivity tools built in.

Samsung Electronics has finally brought the 2023 edition of Smart Monitor M7 and M8 series to Singapore.
These 2023 Smart Monitors were first announced at CES 2023, acting as the yearly refresh to its ongoing Smart Monitors range. Earlier this year, Samsung also brought in the 2023 entry-level M5 series, but there was no word about its M7 and M8 series until now.
Samsung’s Smart Monitors are all-in-one TV displays with light, PC-like productivity tools built in. At their core, you can watch your favourite online streams like how you’d typically use a smart TV, while at the same time, lets you use a mouse and keyboard to control its built-in productivity apps to get simple tasks done (via Microsoft 365 and its built-in browser).

The Smart Monitor M8 series comes with all the bells and whistles with 4K resolution, HDR10+ support, and 400-nits brightness, on top of 90° pivoting and VESA mounting compatibility. It also has Samsung SmartThings Hub built-in, along with Samsung Smart Hub’s TV streaming apps. A camera (for video calls and online meetings) come with every M8 Smart Monitor too.

The M7 series tones down a few things, namely its HDR support (up to HDR10 only, like the M5 series), the maximum brightness (300-nits instead), and doesn’t come with the camera included in the box. However, it still has the same software, the same 99% sRGB colour gamut support, and 4K resolution.
Both M7 and M8 come in 27- and 32-inch variants.

Samsung’s Smart Monitor M7 and M8 series are available on the Samsung Online Store. They are also on its official Lazada and Shopee platforms.
