PSA: Epson customers take note they’ve moved their service centre

The new Epson Customer Care Centre will support walk-in troubleshooting repairs and limited over-the-counter sales.

Epson Singapore has relocated its Epson Customer Care Centre (ECCC) from Golden Agri Plaza to Interlocal Centre with immediate effect (full address and contact details below). The move is in line with the company’s move of its headquarters from HarbourFront Place to Alexandra Technopark.

With the move, the solutions centre that used to be an adjunct to the ECCC is now part of a new two-room Solution Centre at the new headquarters. This will allow Epson to showcase an integrated suite of solutions to help enterprise customers in business transformation and allow customers and partners to experience Epson’s solutions in printing, visual imaging, robotics, and paper-making system, PaperLab. The last was used to create face masks in Japan to help deal with Covid-19.

The Epson Customer Care Centre at Interlocal will include support for walk-in troubleshooting repairs as well as limited over-the-counter sales, similar to what was available at Golden Agri Plaza. The majority of Epson’s sales are still through partners and its online portals.

According to the company, the old ECCC served about 25 customers a day. This new ECCC is capable of serving up to 30 customers in the same time frame, which has become imperative in alleviating constraints due to the limitations imposed by COVID-19.

Getting to and contacting the ECCC

The ECCC contact details remain unchanged. Epson customers and partners can continue to reach the ECCC at 800-1205564 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (closed on Saturday temporarily due to current Covid-19 situation), or by completing the contact form available for technical assistance via email. Their new address is 100G Pasir Panjang Rd, #01-09 Interlocal Centre, Singapore 118523.
