Anime Festival Asia (AFA) is coming back to Singapore this November, and the anime entertainment brand Crunchyroll is set to return. Although a mainstay in the English language anime sphere (and on this side of Asia) for a while, it only made its AFA debut last year.
After what it deemed to be a successful entrance to AFA in 2023, the company previewed what we can expect at its booth at Suntec Convention Centre this year. Chief among them is a Solo Leveling immersive exhibition titled "Solo Leveling Experience Dome – Enter the Dungeon", that looks to be a spiritual successor to their previous "Jujutsu Kaisen Experience" immersive anime exhibition.
Visitors can walk through what Crunchyroll calls the "Solo Leveling Corridor", which promises to be a suspenseful. Whey they reach the dome, they will be "immersed in an intense audiovisual experience" that aims to recreate some of protagonist Sung Jinwoo's battles. Visitors who participate in the exhibition will also receive an exclusive Solo Leveling acrylic keychain.

Other portions of the Crunchyroll booth include a One Piece Wanted! Photo Op, where visitors can pose with 'Wanted' poster props and get a special One Piece sticker sheet and collector card if they post it on social media and tag Crunchyroll.
You can also look forward to a panel with Tower of God voice actors Taichi Ichikawa (voice of Jyu Viole Grance, or Twenty-Fifth Baam) and Saori Hayami (voice of Rachel) on Saturday, 30 November. The panel will take place at 1:15PM on Saturday, followed by a meet-and-greet with Taichi Ichikawa at 3PM.
Of course, Crunchyroll is offering a litany of exclusive merchandise as well, from Solo Leveling, One Piece and Dragon Ball DAIMA franchises, among others. The brand is also sponsoring two concert nights: The AFA x Japan Music Festival concert featuring Aqua Timez, Shiyui, Takanori Nishikawa and Teddyloid!, taking place on November 29, and the AFA x I LOVE ANISONG concert, featuring KAF, KANA-BOON, ReoNA, May'n and Sally Amaki, held on December 1. As usual, though, access to these concerts require a separate ticket.
AFA 2024 will take place from 29 November to 1 December at the usual Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre spot. You can find Crunchyroll's booth at Booth H01, and with just a couple weeks to go, you can get your AFA tickets here.
