Ubisoft has opened up pre-registration for Assassin's Creed Shadow, including for Mac

Despite announcing a delay not too long ago, Ubisoft has officially opened Assassin’s Creed Shadows for pre-orders. The game was first set to be released on 15 November 2024 before its first and second rescheduling for 14 February and 20 March respectively. 

The latest instalment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC via Steam,  Epic Games, and the Ubisoft Store, as well as for Macs on the Mac App Store.

Besides the base game, there will be two other following editions:

• The Digital Deluxe Edition will include the base game, the “Sekiryu Dual Pack” which contains gear, and weapons for both Naoe and Yasuke, the “Sekiryu Hideout Pack” containing hideout cosmetics, and Mastery Points.
  
   
• The Collector’s Edition will include the base game, the “Sekiryu Dual Pack”, the “Sekiryu Hideout Pack”, Mastery Points, and physical content. The physical contents will be a Steelbook, the World map, a Naoe & Yasuke figurine, Naoe's life-sized Katana Tsuba, a Wall Creed Scroll, a 76-paged collector's artbook and 2 sumi-e lithographs.

For those who pre-order the game, it will also include early access to the Claws of Awaji expansion, which will include a new open-world region with more than 10 hours of content later in 2025. The expansion will add new skills, gear, and a new weapon for Naoe. Additionally, pre-ordering will give players access to the exclusive quest “Thrown to the Dogs” at launch. 

Finally, Ubisoft has also announced PC specifications for the game which includes a minimum processor of an Intel Core i7-8700K, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, and either a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070, AMD Radeon RX 5700 or  Intel Arc A580 Graphics Card.
