Presenting GeForce GTX 660 Graphics Cards by NVIDIA Add-in Board Partners (Updated!)

Reasonably priced at US$229, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 from the Kepler lineup utilizes a totally new GK106 core which was developed specially for this mid-range performance oriented card. Check out what its add-in card partners have to offer.

NVIDIA has finally released its highly-anticipated GeForce GTX 660, after last month's launch of GeForce GTX 660 Ti.

Within the GTX 660 card series, this standard 660 version boasts average configurations, when compared to the Ti (highest end) and the SE (said to feature the the lowest clock speeds).

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 is the first performance oriented Kepler card that does not adopt the GK104 core. In fact, it employs a completely fresh GPU core which was engineered distinctively for it - the GK106. Also, the GTX 660 can be acknowledged as NVIDIA's first true mid-range Kepler card.

Valued at an affordable US$229, here's a quick glance at all the cards by the respective add-in card partners ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, and Palit:
