10:10 Games, Capcom, and Universal Products & Experiences have revealed that Capcom's beloved blue hero Mega Man will be joining the cast of playable characters in the upcoming action-adventure game.
Alongside the announcement of Mega Man, 10:10 Games has also made a free playable demo available on Steam, allowing PC players to experience the game's first level. Set in the world of John Carpenter's horror film "The Thing," the demo lets players explore Outpost 31, solve puzzles, and battle against oddly horrifying Funko enemies.
In case you haven't heard about the game, Funko Fusion aims to bring a unique crossover gaming experience with the iconic bobbleheads as playable characters. The game brings together characters from a diverse array of franchises, including JAWS, Battlestar Galactica, M3GAN, Five Nights at Freddy's, Xena: Warrior Princess, and more.
The addition of Mega Man, also known as the Blue Bomber, adds a video game icon to the already impressive roster. Fans can catch a glimpse of Mega Man in action in the newly released trailer for Funko Fusion down below.
Funko Fusion will be available on 13 September on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. For those looking to play the game on the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch, Funko Fusion will only be available from 15 November onwards.
