One of the biggest drawbacks of an OnePlus phone is the barrier to obtain one.

Well, it looks like the company has been making some headway to improve that as OnePlus not only removed the invite-only system for the OnePlus 2, it has also just announced its partnership with Singtel to sell its flagship smartphone.

Announced on Saturday on its Facebook Page, the OnePlus 2 can be purchased with a two-year contract on Singtel's Combo plans or the SIM-only plan. At time of publication, the 64GB sandstone black model is available for S$268 with sign up of a Combo 3 plan. The OnePlus 2 currently retails for S$598 without line contract on Lazada Singapore

This is the first time OnePlus is selling its phone through a telco in Singapore. In Malaysia, OnePlus is also selling the OnePlus 2 via Maxis since August. At this point of time, it's not clear if OnePlus has an exclusive partnership with Singtel. To find out more about the OnePlus 2, do check out our review.
