Yahoo To Kill Buzz On April 21st
With the closure of a business arm, it's not uncommon for tech corporations to talk about re-channeling their resources and efforts on other products and services. Think CISCO. More recently, yet another example materialized in the form of Yahoo, who posted an official service announcement about the impending discontinuation of their lackluster Yahoo Buzz website come April 21st.
TechCrunch - We knew this was coming, but Yahoo has announced that it will not longer support Yahoo Buzz, its a Digg-like product where users can rank stories from publishers.
According to TechCrunch's report, Yahoo's rumored intention to dissolve Buzz surfaced as early as December 2010. To find out more, click here.
