While some smartwatches and fitness trackers boast battery life of up to a few weeks, Withings’ new range of Move smartwatches are probably the leaders of the pack with an 18-month battery life!

The Move is able to achieve this record-breaking battery life as it does not have a touch screen. It has the classic analog watch design with a third hand for showing your activity directly on the dial.

Despite its classic watch design, you can actually customise almost every aspect of the Move including the color of the dial, the case, the activity hand and the wrist band.

To start tracking a workout, the user has to long press the watch button which will activate a timer and the connected GPS feature. The Move automatically tracks more than 30 activities such as running and biking. It is water resistant up to 50m, so you can wear it to the shower and the pool. It also offers sleep tracking with silent alarm and smart wake-up features.

The Move is available for pre-order at a retail price of US$70 and shipping will begin on 5 February. Withings will introduce more colors and accessories for the Move lineup throughout the year.
