White Nexus 4 Spotted (Updated: Coming in June)

Updated 28/5/13: It's official: LG has just announced that the white Nexus 4 will first launch in Hong Kong at the end of May, then roll out over Asia, North America and Europe over the next several weeks. But besides the change in color, the white Nexus 4 will be similar to the original black Nexus 4 in every way.

It's not the first time we've seen a white Nexus 4 in the wild, but Android and Me says that they managed to snag one at the Google I/O conference and that it will reportedly be available on the Google Play Store on June 10th. Besides the different color, the white Nexus 4 will apparently ship with Android 4.3. It seems the white Nexus 4 will not come with a larger 32GB of storage and LTE support as previously rumored.

We reviewed the LG Nexus 4 last November and found the device to be lightning fast. It also boasts good build quality and a great design. However, we did not like its below average battery life, subpar imaging performance, lack of memory card slot and no 4G LTE support. The Nexus 4 is also now available in Singapore, but for a higher retail price (S$668 for the 16GB model) than you would get from the Google Play Store (US$349, or S$437 by today's exchange rate) but which doesn't ship to Singapore.
