Vertu Ti Arrives in Singapore

Vertu has launched a new contemporary smartphone powered by Android - Vertu Ti. Based around a titanium case, the mobile device uses leather accents and comes equipped with a 3.7-inch sapphire crystal screen which renders it virtually scratch proof and is tested to be four times stronger than other smartphones when comparing impact resistance. On top of that, its titanium case is about five times more durable too, deforming less than 1mm when a 500NM force is applied.

Combining distinctive Vertu design cues, such as the ceramic pillow and exposed watch screws, with a clean overall aesthetic, the Vertu Ti runs on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform. Driven by a Snapdragon S4 1.7GHz dual-core processor, the smartphone also includes 64MB internal memory, secure NFC technology, and an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and twin LED flash along with a 1.3-megapixel front-facing Skype compliant camera. Its 11 x 15mm rectangular audio drivers are acoustically integrated into the chassis to maximize frequency response and level, delivering a symphonic sound from the phone's own stereo speakers.

These services include Vertu Certainty, which helps protect the device, its data and, where necessary, the customer. Vertu Life - tailored information, articles and benefits - sits alongside Vertu’s famous Concierge Service.
