U.S President Donald Trump is not a fan of swipe gestures on the iPhone

Apple removed the Touch ID button on the iPhone X in 2017.

U.S President Donald Trump is not a fan of the swipe gestures on the iPhone.

In a tweet to Apple CEO Tim Cook, Trump shared that "the button on the iPhone was FAR better than the Swipe!". It is not known at the moment if Trump has upgraded to the iPhone XS, XR or any of the iPhone 11 models.

Apple ditched the Touch ID button in 2017 in favor of Face ID on the iPhone X. The iPhone 8, which is still being sold in Apple's retail stores, is the only model in the lineup to have the Touch ID button. Perhaps Trump could consider the next generation iPhone SE as it is rumored to come with Touch ID.
