Sources told 9to5Mac that Apple is working on two models of the Mac mini; one with M2 and the other with M2 Pro. The M2-powered Mac mini is codenamed J473 while the M2 Pro-powered model has a codename J474. The M2 is believed to be based on the A15 chipset with an eight-core CPU and 10-core GPU. The M2 Pro will have 12-core CPU.
