The first iPhone to support dual SIM cards may be exclusive to one market.

According to Economic Daily News, Apple is planning to launch an exclusive iPhone model with dual-SIM support in China. The Chinese publication also states that dual-SIM support is only coming to the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone model.

Bloomberg reported in February that Apple is considering to offer a dual-SIM model of the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone in some markets. In April, former KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo shared that the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone would join the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone in supporting dual SIM cards. 9to5Mac also found references in the latest iOS 12 developer beta 5 which suggest dual-SIM support for the iPhone.
