TPG has just opened its third and largest customer centre at the Techview in Kaki Bukit. With two other stores in central and northern Singapore, TPG hopes this new 236 sqm flagship store can serve more customers who prefer face-to-face transactions.

Richard Tan, CEO of TPG Telecom Pte. Ltd. said:

While we have our TPG SG mobile app to facilitate online registration and doorstep delivery for SIM cards, we believe in taking an omnichannel approach where customers can choose how they want to interact with us – online or offline.

We first reported on TPG opening their first store in Orchard Road at the end of 2019.

The TPG Kaki Bukit customer centre is open from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on the weekends.

Besides the sale of all three of TPG’s existing mobile plans ($10 for 50GB SIM-only plan, $18 for 80GB SIM-only plan and $5 for 20GB seniors plan), the Kaki Bukit customer centre also provides over the counter customer service support.
