With gaming and esports becoming so prominent (not to mention dynamic) in today's society, it's not surprising that many companies, even those who aren't directly linked to the industry want a piece of this ever-growing pie. Of course, as gamers, we don't really mind - after all, any fancy innovations and equipment that emerge from these corporate collaborations are things that will enhance our experiences.

However, "experiences" aren't just limited to the time you spend behind your fancy PC or console setups at home. Sometimes you'll want to be able to bring your devices out with you like your laptop or a Nintendo Switch, and in such cases, it's important to have gear like the new BP35 Gaming Backpack and the CS03 Crossbody Sling that will not only keep these items safe but look good at the same time.

Designed by lifestyle brand Timbuk2 in partnership with Astro Gaming, both companies have united their collective expertise to develop a brand-new bag collection - one's that's specially tailored for gamers who move around a lot and prefer to take their devices with them on the go.

For example, the BP35 features a full suite of features that any travelling gamer would be happy to have with them. From a duo of 16-inch laptop sleeves to a dedicated Astro Gaming Gear Pocket that comes equipped with a vista loop for your headphones, not to mention an entire array of clamshells, pockets and sleeves for added utility, it's quite literally an all-in-one package if you're the kind of gamer who prefers to leave the house "fully loaded". Needless to say, it's all topped off with Timbuk2's trademark rugged aesthetic, though of course, it does feature a certain "gamer-like" sleekness to balance it out.

However, if you'd prefer to travel around with something a little less heavy-duty, you might want to consider the CS03 Crossbody Sling. Although its smaller size means it's not as well-equipped as the BP35, it is still comprised of the same water-resistant fabrics as the backpack, meaning there will be no durability issues either way. Notably, those who tend to take their Nintendo Switch along when they go out might be particularly interested in this, since it not only features a medley of pockets, padded sleeves and d-rings to help secure your console but also comes with a special storage sleeve that can hold up to 14 game cartridges at a time.

As for how you can get your hands on one of these, both the BP35 Gaming Backpack and CS03 Crossbody Sling are currently priced at an MSRP of US$199.99 and US$79.99 respectively and can be purchased on the official Timbuk2 website. More information on either product can also be found on their individual shop pages.
