As we engulf ourselves in the iPhone 6S craze and the unhealthy haze, let's take a moment to bring some focus back to the big event that Microsoft will be having next week in New York City.

New Windows 10 Mobile-running Lumia handsets are expected to be one of the highlights, and rumors about their specs aren’t exactly new. Now, based on some leaked slides by the Facebook page Forever Nokia Latinoamérica last week (they have since been taken down, so it must be legit, right?) and further details by the good folks at Windows Central, it looks like the only thing I can’t tell for sure now is how they feel in the hand and their actual performance.

To be specific, there will be three Lumia handsets (so far): the Lumia 950 and 950 XL are the premium Lumia phones that many Windows Phone fans have been waiting for; and the Lumia 550, which is an entry-level handset.

Let’s just get right down to the specs, shall we?

Also shown in one of the slides is a Microsoft Display Dock for the Lumia 950 and 950 XL, which is basically a dock that enables the Continuum feature for these handsets.

HardwareZone will be at the launch event next week, so stay tuned for further updates.
