Industry analysis, market intelligence and research firm Creative Strategies recently conducted a study on iPhone X owners to get some insights on their satisfaction level with the product and its features. The study specifically focuses on the early adopter market as these customers are one of the larger groups of iPhone X owners. Below are the customer satisfaction rates of the iPhone X by specific features:
7 out of 11 features of the iPhone X achieved above 90% customer satisfaction; they are:
- How your iPhone X looks
- Speed of your iPhone X
- Quality of pictures
- 5.8-inch Super Retina OLED display
- Swipe-based gesture interface (e.g. no home button)
- Face ID
- Battery Life
It's interesting to see that two of the most controversial features of the iPhone X (no home button and Face ID) ranked over 90%! It seems that the learning curves for both features are not as steep as they are said to be. The remaining four features (handling of the handset, portrait mode, portrait selfies and Siri) fall below 90% in customer satisfaction.
Overall, iPhone X users gave the product 97% customer satisfaction with 85% of them indicating that they were very satisfied with the device.
