The new Huawei Watch 3 Series is powered by HarmonyOS 2
Huawei just unveiled its latest smartwatches, the Huawei Watch 3 and Huawei Watch 3 Pro. The Huawei Watch 3 Series is the first lineup of wearables to be powered by HarmonyOS.
The Huawei Watch 3 Series comes with a 3D rotating crown that offers tactile feedback. The display of the Huawei Watch 3 Series supports high-precision finger movement recognition, which allows you to zoom in and out of images or navigate the menu options accurately.
On the software front, HarmonyOS 2 sports a new user interface with a grid launcher app menu which works hand-in-hand with the 3D rotating crown for a more intuitive user experience. There are 30 pre-installed faces and more than 1,000 designs available from the Huawei Watch Face Store. You can also create your own animated watch faces using 5 to 10 sec short videos taken on your phone.
