Fitness enthusiasts looking for a new watch to track their activities now have another option in town in the form of the Suunto 5.

The Suunto 5 is Suunto’s mid-range sports watch offering, coming in between the entry-level Suunto 3 and the flagship Suunto 9.

The Suunto 5 comes in a 46mm large glass fibre-reinforced polycarbonate case with a stainless steel bezel and mineral glass crystal. It is water-resistant to 50 metres, so you can take it swimming.

It comes in a variety of colourways with different bezel and strap options, including stainless steel bezel with black strap, copper bezel with burgundy strap, and many more.

The Suunto 5 offers 24/7 activity tracking. Apart from your daily steps and activity levels, it can also track up to 80 different workouts like swimming, cycling, and running, and also your VO2 max levels.

One thing that makes the Suunto 5 stand out is a built-in GPS. This allows outdoor exercise routes to be mapped and tracked more accurately.

The other is its fairly long battery life of up to 40 hours even with GPS tracking on. This makes it ideal for ultra-marathoners and extreme fitness enthusiasts.

The Suunto 5 is available now at S$499 from the Suunto Store at Lazada and major retailers like Challenger, Parisilk, and more.
